Why pay full price for square footage when you don't use it full time?  Our bright and newly-renovated conference room fits up to six comfortably and can be reserved for use as you need it.  Use of the phone is included for outbound calls and conference calls.

Convenient with no contracts

Each office is provided with an ethernet port and internet connection through Cox Cable.  Telephony is not included, however cell phone service is very good in the area, or you can choose to install a VoIP phone over the provided internet.

Located in the Waverly Professional Park, nearly everyone in the Cheshire area has been to a doctor, accountant or other professional in this office park.  Located on Route 10 just north of the 68/70 intersection, it's easy for anyone to find your office.

24/7 Building Access

Keypad entry during business hours

Forget having to find your key to enter the office on workdays.  You will have your own PIN code to enter the business suite and a separate PIN code to your private office.  You can access the building itself by key during the nighttime and weekend hours.
